Allow operators to be logged into a pc and a mobile device at the same time, It's a hassle to login to the mobile version and logout of the desktop version everytime I move away from my office desk. And to do the same vice verse when I get back to the office desk. I'd like to be able to answer the chat from whichever device I am the nearest basically either mobile or PC.
